This cinnamon brown, rugged tote is made from heavy, #8 (18 oz.) Cotton Canvas Duck from Fairfield Textile (since 1838).  It has a wax-based, fully-impregnated treatment giving it superior water repellency but leaving it looking and feeling like natural cotton canvas.  Full double bottom; taped inside seams.  One interior 9"x9" pocket.  

The 1" wide leather straps are cut from top-grain leathers and have approximately a 9-10" drop for either shoulder or hand carry.  The natural leather handles are veg-tanned, "American Vachetta" from Wicket & Craig (TM). They will darken and take on character from your handling over time.  Copper rivets.  The dark brown handles are latigo leather which is tanned using alum and gambier (derived from the Cat's Claw vine), making a supple and durable leather for saddle cinches.
